The time and cost savings estimates in our report are indicative only, based on industry benchmarks and AI analysis. Actual results will vary depending on your specific circumstances. We do not guarantee any particular outcome.

3. Work Email Requirement

This service is designed for business use. We require a work email address (not Gmail, Yahoo, or other free email providers) to ensure we're providing relevant analysis to genuine businesses.

4. Follow-Up Communications

By submitting your details, you consent to receiving follow-up communications from Ditto about our services. You can opt out at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails.

5. Intellectual Property

The report generated for you is for your personal use. The methodology, algorithms, and analysis tools remain the intellectual property of Ditto Pty Ltd.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ditto's liability for any claim arising from this service is limited to AUD $0, as the service is provided free of charge. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
